Zuko restlessly paced beside the small pond in the palace gardens, pausing every few moments to turn to the garden entrance. “She’s late...again,” he thought to himself as he looked over yet again.

He became aware of her presence a few seconds later when the water in the pond decided to attack him. Dripping wet, he whirled around to face his guest, Katara. She was smirking at him, her arms stretched out as though to attack him again.

Zuko frowned. “So I see you finally decided to show up,” he said dryly, raising a hand to wipe his face.

Zuko had been meditating on the cliffs overlooking the beach when it happened. Sokka had been plotting with Toph to get everybody ready for the coming battle, so they had managed to convince the team members to attack each other at random intervals. But know, she was worried not about that. Katara knew, how much Firelord loves her. He saved her life so many times... Those scary memories still creeped her out. But now, she was wondering about something else...

After the War

It's been two years after the war, with Aang defeating Zuko's father, sealing his fire-bending. After the celebration at the fire temple, the world had returned to being peaceful and everyone went home. Aang, Appa, and Momo returned to the Southern Air Temple, Toph return to her home with her mother, Zuko is the Fire Lord and is peacefully ruling the Fire Nation, and Katara and Sokka returned to the South Pole with their father and Suki.

What does anyone think of the new released panels of the A:TLA "The Promise" comics? Me and daydreamer22 were discussing it a couple of minutes ago and we agree that it makes us sick! Here's what my friend said
"To be honest, what I saw in those panels made me furious. How dare they do that to Zuko?! Hasn't he been through enough already? Iroh already taught him what's important in life and he already found himself and accepted his destiny in A:TLA. He became the good, kind-hearted person he was meant to be! So why are they ruining his character development? He has already dealt with his father issues, he would never go crazy with power like his father, come on!
Don't even get me started on the "sweetie" crap. I wouldn't like that silly shit even if I was a hardcore Kataanger, it's just ridiculous!
Since we haven't gotten the whole story yet, I can't truly speak my mind about this, but from what I've seen so far, I have a feeling I won't like "The Promise" at all."
